Olive oil is a vegetable oil mainly for culinary use. It is obtained from the fruit of the olive tree (Olea europea), called olive or olive.

How to choose a spicy dressing?
When you have a hot sauce in front of you, look for ingredients on the label that contain olive oil as many have an oleic base. And if it doesn't have a formal label be very careful, as you would never know how it was made or what you are consuming. By seeing that your spicy dressing has olive oil in it, you are assured that you will be consuming the best sauce or dressing on the market, then you can trust the rest of the ingredients. That's where you realize the quality of what you are consuming.
