It is relevant to mention that this set of data is indispensable for Fuego Azteca to be able to carry out the transactions and contracts entered into with you. 4. Safety mechanisms

We inform you that, in order to guarantee the safeguarding of your personal data and to fully comply with the obligations established by the LFPDPPP, Fuego Azteca has implemented the necessary and sufficient technical and administrative security measures.

The data provided by customers when creating an account or purchasing a product through our website, will be safeguarded by a security certificate, so that the data sent will be transmitted in encrypted form, which ensures its confidentiality.

5. Exercise of ARCO rights
